Montmartre

I took the cheapest train of the day going to Paris and the time also coincided with Monique’s music class. Monique has three transport cards. good schedule for Monique.Stepping into Paris again was a new thing and a new perspective. I took the cheapest train coming from Dijon which stops at Gare Paris-Bercy.

Paris-Bercy Bourgogne - Pays d'Auvergne is the secondary station for regional trains, including TER services, coming from Dijon and other parts of Burgundy and central France. It’s smaller than Gare de Lyon and primarily serves intercity trains and TER routes. This station is especially significant for trains from Burgundy, as it offers an alternative arrival point in Paris, specifically catering to travelers from regions like Dijon, Nevers, and Clermont-Ferrand.

Paris-Bercy Bourgogne is less crowded than Gare de Lyon and located in the 12th arrondissement, near the Gare de Lyon, with good access to the Paris metro (lines 6 and 14) and bus services.

Then, I had to take the metro heading to Montmarte district by taking . I stayed in a hostel and very clean place. Then, I went out for dinner and saw a Chinese dimsum place.
