Focusing your efforts and energies

What values should I be focusing my efforts and energies? I certainly think that I need to focus on to improve my job situation. Staying focus on what is important and not just getting by. Working at Whole Foods isn’t enough, but it is convenient in terms of income coming in. However, I need to do work on how I can elevate myself. I have to figure out how I can capitalize my strengths and make good use of them. It is not enough to get a bit of money and leave.

I need to make effort to zero in on what I enjoy doing and leveraging on those things. I need to consistently connect to this and not randomly just doing it. It’s not going to cut it.. I need to work on strategizing and be more detailed.
