After Musica del Vi, I couldn’t skip not going to Alimentaria 2024. It was an important opportunity to see what was going on. I was invited once many years ago, but I just zeroed in the wine section at that time. Over time, my perception has widened, the food in every region came to be my focus in this event. The highlights came out to be the regions of Spain and the ham of Spain. I must say, without food, wine doesn’t thrive. They just go hand in hand.
