Ten years. Same faces. Same place. Always new.
What began as a spontaneous escape became a tradition.
Ten years, one place, the same group—returning again and again to the canyons of Sierra de Guara.
Along the trails and through the stillness, a friendship was carved as deeply as the stone.
This page is a tribute to the echoes we leave behind—and the ones we carry forward.
Echoes of Sierra de Guara

Sierra de Guara
Tucked into the foothills of the Spanish Pyrenees, the Sierra de Guara is a wild, sculpted world of ancient rock, turquoise canyons, and whispering pine forests. Here, nature has taken its time—carving narrow gorges, hollowing out caves, and painting the cliffs with ochre, moss, and light. Wind and water have written the story of this place in stone, over thousands of years.

Ascent and Descent
We didn’t come looking for a tradition. We came to walk, to breathe, to feel small against the rocks and cliffs. But something in the stillness called us back. What began as a trip became the beginning of a story.
-
Water Carves the Way
The rivers don’t ask. They shape the land, cutting paths through stone, reminding us that flow is stronger than force. We followed their voice—cool, constant, and alive.
-
Between Stone and Sky
The cliffs rise without apology, their silence louder than words. In their shadow, we paused. In their light, we climbed. And always, above us, the sky waited.

The Ritual of Return
DescripWe started recognizing the turns, the rocks, the breeze at a certain bend. Our bodies remembered what maps could not. Coming back became a way of marking time, and Guara received us each year as if no time had passed.

Echoes of Us
The canyon changed us—quietly. We laughed, we fell, we shared wine and silence. And in the pauses between action, we became more than friends—we became part of each other’s stories.

Into the Stillness
At the end of each journey, there is a moment where the noise fades. The feet rest. The land exhales. And in that stillness, we remember: we are not the same as when we arrived.
